Dexter Season 5 Episode 8

Take It! also called Dexter...
which was written by Manny Coto & Wendy West aired last night on Showtime.
It has been about a month now since Lumen has been rescued by Dexter from her captors/rapists and it was still not clear what role she was going to play in our favorite serial killer’s life.
This week we got a clear answer as we watched the duo became real partners in crime by sharing their first kill.

In “Take It!” Dexter we followed the couple as they attended a self help seminar put together by Jordan Chase and rented a room in the same hotel in order to kill Cole.

Dangerous Border Crossing: Vanguard Sneak Peek

In the first part of "War On the Border," Putzel travels to the U.S./Mexico border to investigate one of the most contentious issues in America today: immigration. Meeting with "coyotes," the hired smugglers who offer to take illegals across the border for a fee, Putzel learns the methods immigrants use to evade border patrol and the dangers they face on the journey. Arrest and deportation are inherent risks, but the lack of water and scorching temperatures of the desert crossing are far more deadly. Those who do make it safely across the border face tightening immigration laws and an increasingly hostile public. Putzel ultimately crosses the border with a migrant and coyote.

"War On the Border" premieres on Current TV on Monday, November 15 at 9/8c.

Dexter Season 5 Episode 6 Lead-In: Will the Social Killer Get a Sidekick?

Dexter Season 5 Episode 6 Lead-In: Will the Social Killer Get a Sidekick?

Over the past few seasons of Dexter, we've seen Harry's methodical plan come unwound as Dexter Morgan matured into a social killer. He cheated on his girlfriend Rita (Julie Benz) with a sociopath in Season 2, took on best friend Miguel Prado (Jimmy Smits) in Season 3, knocked up Rita and got married, and in Season 4 he hesitated to kill Trinity (John Lithgow) – the man, the myth, the mentor.

Now, it would seem that Dexter's Dark Passenger loves to tempt fate by walking in the light. No, this isn't The Vampire Diaries or True Blood; it's Dexter Morgan struggling to become a better man. Unfortunately, he's unable to escape a past marred in blood and an addiction to murder that provides his only conduit to stress relief.

In Dexter Season 5 Episode 5, First Blood, Dexter lets Lumen go, even though she witnessed him kill Boyd. He's officially a savior, but Lumen wants further retribution against Boyd's comrades. Will Dexter help? As of now, his only goal is to get Lumen as far away from Miami as possible. On the surface, he wants her to return to her family and begin the healing process. Dexter tried to save Lumen's soul by going after one of Boyd's friends before Lumen had the chance to, only to learn that the perpetrator was not involved in Lumen's rape.

It's a foregone conclusion that Dexter will inevitably help Lumen, whether by choice or by forced hand. She opted not to leave Miami. This relationship is different from that of Dexter and Prado. Lumen's a victim much like Rita was prior to Dexter and Rita's relationship. Subconsciously, Dexter wants to help; he wants to be a hero, despite his convoluted past.

Acoustic week spun the dancers for a loop Monday night as the Dancing with the Stars ballroom debuted a new performance space. The elevated, circular stage never before seen on the show put the dancers' footwork on display and helped the judges "sort out the dances from the chances."

To make the competition even harder, the judges double-scored the stars in technique and performance for a combined possible total of 60 points.Read more

The Apprentice Season 10: Episode 2

The apprentice season 10 episode 2 is released at last night and alex was told those famous words is "you're Fired!"by the Donald.
This week’s task was one they have had on the show in the past. Team Octane and Team Fortitude hit the streets of New York to sell ice cream bars. Whichever team makes the most profit in two days wins. It is a pretty simple task that starts out chaotic. As both teams scramble for position, the men find a good spot and begin selling. As the women of The Apprentice arrive at their chosen spot they realize that they have picked the same spot as the guys. When it becomes clear that they can’t compete here they pack up and move.
