World's 1st 3D Mobile Phone , Is going to be announced by LG - LG Optimus 3D Smartphone at Mobile World Congress help on 14 Feb

LG has confirmed that it will be officially revealing what it refers to as "the world's first 3D smartphone" , The company has reportedly sent out an invite for a press conference to be held on February 14 at the Mobile World Congress 2011 in Barcelona, where it is likely to launch the new handset.
The LG Optimus 3D will have a glasses-free 3D display, as well as a dual-lens camera that can record 3D video.

The invite shows a handset that analysts say resembles LG Optimus 2X and reads "Into the New Dimension and says Experience the new world that LG is opening."

LG Optimus 3D will be based on Google Android platform. The glasses-free 3D handset is said to run on Nvidia Tegra 2 processor (same as LG Optimus 2X), carry an 8-megapixel camera with flash, front camera and movie recording , More than 1GHz of processing speed , 16M color , Fully Muti-touch Screen.

The 4.3-inch smartphone was partially revealed at the Consumer Electronics Show 2011.

Intel decided to name processors from Core i9 series with a 1000 suffix, a logical step from Core i5-700, i7-800, i7-900 and now - i9-1000 series. According to the sources in the know, 32nm has some trouble achieving good thermals for the planned Turbo architecture and dynamic clock scaling. The goal is to bring this even further than in 45nm Lynnfields. Once that thermals are in the desired range, Intel will target aggressive clock scaling for its desktop parts [Gulftowns from Xeon 5600 series will be more moderately clocked and fit inside workstation/server TDP's].
