HTC Ruby Leaked , Full specification, feature, price

The first blow pressure on HTC Ruby, which should become the HTC T-Mobile Surprise later this year. We have seen many pictures of the flight of aircraft in the natural environment, including a black version and even a photo of the back side of the unit is in the reflection of a tablet screen, so there is no way to here it is again.

But it is clear the entire front of the device and the image of the loss indicates an immediate start, though not yet confirmed any date. HTC Amaze Ruby or 4G, it is likely to be called a powerful device, T-Mobile, a dual-core 1.5GHz processor and 1 GB of memory.

Apple Mac Mini 2011

Apple Mac Mini was a bit of a let-down. Sure, it got a Good re-design, with a gleaming metallic body, low-profile chassis and a new HDMI port that seemed like a belated attempt to try and repurpose the Mini as a media centre system for Home user. However, the hardware inside it was actually not much powerfull means it is downgraded, which meant that you were paying almost £650 for a low-spec desktop Mac that didn’t even include a mouse and keyboard, let alone a monitor.

This year brings slightly better news, as the £529 base model has been reinstated and the adoption of the i5 processor brings a welcome performance boost. The basic model has a 2.3GHz Core i5 processor, 2GB RAM, 500GB hard disk and an integrated Intel HD 3000 graphics processor that shares 288MB of system memory. That doesn’t leave a lot of memory for the graphically heavyweight Lion operating system, so 4GB really ought to be standard.

On test is the next model up, which does double the RAM to 4GB, as well as marginally increasing the speed to a 2.5GHz Core i5 processor. This model also gets a more powerful AMD Radeon HD6630M graphics processor that has 256MB of its own video memory. The bad news is that the price on this model has started to creep up again – £699 this time, which still seems steep given the lack of accessories – one accessory in particular, which I’ll come to in a moment.

The £699 model can be further upgraded to a 2.7GHz Core i7 processor for an extra £80, and there’s also the Lion Server model featuring a 2.0GHz i7, 4GB RAM and dual 500GB hard drives for £849.

Creative Zen Style M300 – MP3 player with Bluetooth Facility

With very low dimensions, Creative Zen Style M300 is an MP3 player that has an attractive view in many ways. Most likely it will compare with the iPod Nano, but the producer didn’t think so far.

The screen of 1.45″ is not touchscreen, but the buttons around it are. Internal storage capacity of 4 GB, 8 GB or 16 GB can be increased by an additional 32 GB via microSD slot. Supported audio formats are MP3, WMA and WAV, FLAC support is forgotten by the manufacturer. Along with an FM tuner, the Zen Style M300 player boasts with a Bluetooth 2.1 module.

Those who already have a pair of Bluetooth headphones are able to listen to music wirelessly from Creative Zen Style M300. The player from Apple cannot boast with such feature. Its integrated battery has an autonomy of 20 hours, but will be reduced quite a lot using the Bluetooth connection. Like the iPod Nano, Zen Style M300 can put the watch on the full screen display.

Also, video playback is possible by processing videos using an application installed on your PC, but I do not think that is a very customer-based function. The price is but one of the strengths of the MP3 player. Creative Zen Style M300 costs $50, $70 or $90 depending on its capacity. Those who are not interested by the Bluetooth module can purchase the Creative Zen Style M100 model which costs $40 with 4 GB and $60 with 8 GB.

Nokia has launched Nokia 500 Sports powered by Symbian Anna

Nokia has not thrown in the towel just yet even though they are on the ropes, Nokia have lost their position in the worldwide smartphone hierarchy to Apple, Samsung recently. Well, Nokia's latest device to roll out from their stable would be the Nokia 500 smartphone that sports model powered by  1GHz processor that chugs along quite nicely look, I believe, in addition to changeable back covers and the Symbian Anna operating system. It is said to be nigh affordable without sacrificing on performance of mobile – gotta read on if you want to know more.

The Nokia 500 Sports model does look high end from certain angles, and it takes a slightly different format from the standard candybar Nokias – as this lacks a keypad thanks to the touchscreen capacitive display which measures 3.2 inch screen size at 640 x 360 resolution, 5-megapixel camera that also does video capture – making it useful for snapping images on the go.

It will not run on Symbian Belle though, relying on Symbian Anna instead, where you can experience split-screen messaging, a refreshed user interface and a better browsing experience, although I believe those are highly subjective. Nokia Maps has been pre-installed, letting you enjoy free drive and walk navigation, while you can always see whether the Ovi store has anything else you need.

Apart from the 1GHz processor, you will find the Nokia 500 carry 2GB of internal memory, a microSD memory card slot for expansion purposes, 3G (up to HSUPA) support, and Bluetooth 2.1 and Wi-Fi b/g connectivity. It is said to retail for €150 as it hits the market in Q3 2011.

Acer ICONIA Tablet A100 Coming to US this Month

It's been a long and twisted road for Acer's 7-inch Honeycomb tablet, but after all the starts and stops, we've finally got an ETA for the Iconia Tab A100. According to an email sent out to Acer retail partners today, the slab should land in stores sometime in early August with a suggested price tag of $300.

Acer has sent out mails to their retail partners, saying that the device will start shipping in the early weeks of August.

The ICONIA A100 is a 7-inch Android tablet which is powered by the same processor as the 10-inch ICONIA A500. While this launch seems specific to the US market, the device may soon arrive in UK and India, probably by the end of the next month with price tag $300.

Sporting the 1GHz dual-core NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor along with 512MB of RAM this would run Android Honeycomb version 3.2.  The same update with make it to the ICONIA A500 sometime in the month of September.

Also arriving early August, is a pair of new Aspire notebooks: the 15.6-inch 5750Z and the 17.3-inch 7739Z, ringing in at $475 a piece. Both laptops rock 4GB of DDR3 RAM (upgradable to 8GB), 500GB of storage, and Intel Pentium processors. Given the extra three months Acer's had to get the Iconia Tab A100 to market, that Honeycomb better taste extra sweet when it finally makes its debut.

iPhone 3G, 3Gs, 4G price cuts hitting market soon

Let the speculation begin! It may not be a sign of an iPhone refresh, but we've received multiple tips today about an imminent price drop for Apple's flagship smartphone.

According to a pair of trusty tipsters, Radio Shack is prepping to cut the cost of AT&T's 16GB iPhone 4 to $169.99, with a two-year contract, from $199.99. The 32GB version will likewise take a $30 plunge at the Shack, ringing in at $269.99, and the price of the 8GB 3GS will drop to $19.99. Phone Arena is likewise reporting on Target slicing up the old Apple price tag, but lists varying numbers based on carrier. If all this talk turns out to be true, those prices should be ripe for the picking starting tomorrow.

World's Slimmest Blu-ray player by Sasmung

The Samsung BD-D7500 is the slimmest Blu-ray player around, and Which? has put it through its paces at the lab to see how it compares to its bulkier rivals.

Holding the ‘World’s thinnest Blu-ray player’ accolade is all well and good, as long as it’s also able to render decent high definition pictures and good audio quality, and the latest batch of Blu-ray player results to return from the lab has shown that this is the case.

The Samsung BD-D7500 has a number of features, including its 1GB of internal memory, its web-connectivity that brings YouTube, and iPlayer to the big screen, and its 3D technology.

All this comes at a price, however, with the Samsung BD-D7500 being at the top end of prices for the recent batch of Blu-ray player reviews, which ranged from £80 to £225.

If you’re looking for a stylish, wall-mountable Blu-ray player then the Samsung BD-D7500 could be the one, but many of the other more-affordable models in the latest batch of reviews performed favourably in our lab tests.

Google’s first Ice Cream Sandwich phone to be manufactured by Samsung, ‘Nexus Prime’

We exclusively reported details of Google’s first Ice Cream Sandwich smartphone — either a Nexus device, or a “pure Google” flagship handset from one of Google’s key partners — and we now have more information surrounding the world’s most anticipated Android phone. We reported that the handset would nix physical menu keys going forward, and would feature a monster 720p -resolution display, and we have now confirmed with our source that the screen itself is branded as a “Super AMOLED HD” display. The branding confirms our suspicions that Samsung will indeed be the manufacturer. We have also confirmed that the processor in the upcoming device will be an OMAP4460, just as we originally reported. Hit the jump for more.

This upcoming superphone will not have any carrier preloads or OEM customizations, which goes without saying for a Nexus phone or a reference/flagship Android offering. The current codename is “Prime”, and our source believes it’s possible that the phone could launch as the “Google Nexus Prime.” We also have information that Google’s onslaught of high-end Android devices isn’t going to stop anytime soon. With the Motorola DROID and Motorola XOOM, Google launched its flagship Android devices with one carrier and one OEM, but we’re hearing things might be switched up this time around. Our source indicated that Google could be working with multiple carriers and multiple OEMs on their own “exclusive” Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) halo devices, and that they may all launch around the same time.

Imagine flagship releases from Motorola, HTC, and LG with Ice Cream Sandwich available on AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and Sprint all at practically the same time… in addition to a Google Nexus handset from Samsung. The summer’s going to be hot, but it looks like the fall might get even hotter.

Moto tablet – Xoom arrives in India, with price tag of Rs 32,990

Motorola has released its Xoom tablet in the Indian market. The tablet, which was officially the first to run Android 3.0 (Honeycomb, the flavour of Android Google had specially brewed for tablets), arrives in two variants – a Wi-Fi one for Rs 32,990 (MRP: Rs 34,490) and a 3G one for Rs 39,990 (MRP: Rs 41,490). Both have 32 GB storage (no other storage variants, as of now), pack in a powerful 1 GHz dual core processor, 1 GB RAM, 10.1 inch displays, and battery lives that are expected to range in the vicinity of 10 hours over Wi-Fi. Yes, it is not the first Honeycomb tablet to appear in the Indian market (the Acer Iconia A500 stole a march there), but on paper, it certainly is one of the most powerful. The price might appear to be a bit on the stiff side to some, but is actually, pretty much in the vicinity of that of the 32GB iPad 2 Wi-Fi and 3G models. Interestingly, the Xoom has hit the Indian market exactly a day after the HTC Flyer did, and within a week of the PlayBook. Indian tablet poppers have never quite had it so good. Yes, yes, we are working on a review. Stay tuned.

Samsung Mini NC215S – With Solar Panel charging

The Korean company has developed a mini laptop that is charging using solar energy. Samsung NC215S has a solar panel on the cover and is scheduled to appear on the market in August this year.
Samsung wants to develop a clean technology to use it on portables and thus they will not depend on electricity. The new Samsung NC215S netbook is the first mini laptop that will enjoy a solar panel that covers the cap and will fully recharge in about 2 hours using only energy from the Sun. It is a niche that will begin to be exploited in the near future.
