The Samsung BD-D7500 is the slimmest Blu-ray player around, and Which? has put it through its paces at the lab to see how it compares to its bulkier rivals.
Holding the ‘World’s thinnest Blu-ray player’ accolade is all well and good, as long as it’s also able to render decent high definition pictures and good audio quality, and the latest batch of Blu-ray player results to return from the lab has shown that this is the case.
The Samsung BD-D7500 has a number of features, including its 1GB of internal memory, its web-connectivity that brings YouTube, and iPlayer to the big screen, and its 3D technology.
All this comes at a price, however, with the Samsung BD-D7500 being at the top end of prices for the recent batch of Blu-ray player reviews, which ranged from £80 to £225.
If you’re looking for a stylish, wall-mountable Blu-ray player then the Samsung BD-D7500 could be the one, but many of the other more-affordable models in the latest batch of reviews performed favourably in our lab tests.
