LG’s new Smartphone “Optimus Sol” leaked out

It Leaked news for LG Smartphone gadget lovers! LG’s new stylish smart phone was found leaked in a video and was leaked by german. The so called LG Optimus Sol resembles a mid ranged Android based mobile.

This exclusive video was seen on the Bestboyz, a German Site. The pro version of this smart phone showed an AMOLED display of 3.8” and a 5MP camera was found at the rear side.

Look and Design
LG Optimus has got a black, shiny body at the rear side, while the Silver color choice will also be available for it. Though it is elegantly slim, but in looks, it is almost equivalent to a standard mobile phone giving the appearance of a stylish black rectangle.

Well, the core of this stuff is equipped with 1GHz processor with Android 2.3 Gingerbread Operating System. LG has planned to wrap up its interface according to its own way, isn’t seem to be great, as many of its earlier icons looked slight childish.

Resemblance with Previous LG Smartphones
LG Optimus Sol reminds us more of the LG Optimus Black that proved to be a reasonable one. The most encouraging thing is its low price tag, as still most of us love to spend a mid-range smart phone.
The Optimus Sol was caught in our radar after LG’s road map leaked out last month. At that time, it was given the name of LG Victor. LG smart phone fans will not follow its title, as both of them pretty fit to be good!

Soon Samsung Galaxy S2 in White will be available in August

The Samsung Galaxy S2 is quickly becoming one of the most popular smartphones the world has ever seen. Now, the Korean tech giant is planning to add more options, when it comes to color choices. The S2 in white will be landing this August.

We’re hoping that Samsung lives up to the announcement. We all know the curse brought about by white smartphone versions. We had to wait an extremely long time for the iPhone 4 in white to arrive. We hope this is not the case here.

The original version of the Samsung Galaxy S2 has been making waves globally. From 3 million sales in the first two months in the market to a staggering 5 million global sales in under three months, and it did this without even hitting the US market.

There is a reason why this Gingerbread-powered smartphone has been voted as the mobile phone of the year.

This smartphone features TouchWiz 4.0 UI, 16GB internal storage, 8MP camera with autofocus and LED flash, 1.2 GHz dual-core Exynos processor, 4.3-inch 480 x 800 Super AMOLED Plus display, 1GB RAM, 2MP front-facing camera for video chat, A-GPS with Google Maps including Latitude, Places, Navigation, it also comes with SWYPE text input, and 802.11 a/b/g/n WiFi.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 7 series with 10.1 inch Screen and 8MP camera

Six month back Samsung launched a Samsung Galaxy tab in the market with 7" inch display. After successes of Galaxy Tab, again Samsung announced the new version of Samsung Tab. In New Samsung Galaxy tab, the first thing you notice is that the display’s size has been increased to 10”. Samsung quit the mobile phone option for this product. No one could use such a big device as a phone. The new Galaxy Tab 10.1 will be a pure tablet PC which hopes to be a true competitor for the product that really gave the tone in the tablet PC market, the Apple iPad.
Here are the main characteristics of the new Samsung Galaxy Tab:
  • 10.1” TFT touch screen with a resolution of 1280×800 pixels
  • NVidia Tegra dual core 1 GHz processor
  • 16 GB or 32 GB of internal memory
  • Connectivity hardware: 3G, wireless 802.11n(Wi-fi) and HSPA
  • 2 web-cameras of 2 and 8 megapixels with Full HD recording
  • Google Android 3.0 Honeycomb operating system
Design and build characteristics
Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 keeps the classic design of touch tablets, which is positive because getting used to the device will not be hard. The gadget doesn’t have any physical buttons and only weighs 590 grams, which is why it can be held very well (especially because it is no thicker than 12 mm). Even so the gadget has a surround audio system for playing sounds at a high quality. In addition to this, according to the journalists who were able to test the gadget, the display is very clear and bright and has good visibility angles.

More technical specs
If we ignore the missing keyboard the Samsung Galaxy Tab can be considered a netbook because of its generous 10.1” TFT touchscreen capable of a 1280×800 pixels resolution. The gadget has an NVidia Tegra dual core 1 GHz processor, a platform that tends to become very common for these products. Depending on the storage space the Galaxy Tab 10.1 is available in 2 versions:  a 16 GB and a 32 GB version, but neither offer the possibility of extending memory with a microSD card.

Among others the Galaxy Tab 10.1 has 2 cameras: a 2 MP front camera and a back camera that has a capacity of 8 MP.

The tablet is based on the new Google Android 3.0 Honeycomb operating system, which comes with a lot of features, such as, multitasking and the possibility to have 2 panels opening up in the same time.

Samsung has not made any details regarding the availability of the product or its price public yet.
