Motorola introduces a new bar-type QWERTY Android smartphone, the Motorola FIRE XT316. Looks a bit like the Palm Pixi/Pixi Plus, the FIRE has a 4-row QWERTY keyboard and a 2.8-inch touchscreen to provide the perfect combination of tools for emailing, texting and browsing the Web. The phone runs Android OS and includes the Moto Switch user interface, which allows users to switch to a friends-centric mode when they finish work and head home for the day.
