Dropbox on iOS has nothing to fear, words of Steve

The complaints about the new App Store policies have not had to wait. It seems that it will be impossible, at least according to the official text, publish and deliver content to users who are not located within the app without going first to the in-app-app subscriptions or purchase. Services such as Dropbox, fishing files from folders on the network, may therefore be affected.

A MacRumors reader wrote to Steve Jobs for clarification on the issue, and Jobs, as usual concise, he replied:

We have created a subscription service for publishing something app, not for apps that provide services.

It seems that Dropbox and Evernote will not have to fear the dark of Apple, as well as TinyPic, which just yesterday had expressed disappointment to the new sales system provided by Apple.
