Joint Venture, the new Apple service charge to the genius of the Apple Store

Apple tries to constantly improve services and sales strategy and support of their official stores. The last thing that comes about is that Apple will meet its employees on Saturday to describe a new service called Joint Venture, focused on technical assistance for professional users and small businesses.

Here's a description:

Joint Venture is an extension of the Genius Bar services aimed at small businesses and professional users. Subscribers to this new service will be able to telephone technique of an Apple Store (known affectionately as Genie), or even request a visit.

So far, members of the Apple Genius Bar have made inquiries by telephone of any type (long had a special phone, but for calls to other technicians), so that would mean an increase in their tasks. This would be bad news for stores authorized unofficial Apple, as Apple would invade this area with its official service.
