Optimus LG 3D: Mobile 3D is the first officer and joins the ranks of the Dual-Core CPU

LG showed their teeth in the MWC 2011. This morning LG officially unveiled the 3D Optimus, the first phone with 3D effect without glasses. But the Korean commitment to the three dimensions will not stay in the effect of the screen and features a dual camera to take pictures and record video in three dimensions.

To move smoothly the show three-dimensional 3D Optimus will have a dual core CPU latest generation who will lead the orchestra and Froyo Android operating system.

Optimus LG 3D specs

3D Optimus emphasize, how could it be otherwise, its 4.3-inch 3D display, an LCD panel with WVGA resolution (800 × 480 pixels) allows us to enjoy three-dimensional images without special glasses.

His chances in the three dimensions do not end there, since it also allows us to take 3D images thanks to its dual 5-megapixel camera, as well as record video at 720p 3D or 2D with Full HD 1080p resolution.

But LG also believes that beauty is inside, so he blessed the 3D Optimus OMAP CPU with 4 dual-core 1 GHz signed by Texas Instrument. Each core has its own memory and uses its own channel of communication. The graphics will be borne by PowerVR SGX GPU like the Samsung 540 S. Galaxy Therefore, the 3D Optimus will not beat to the rhythm of a Nvidia Tegra 2 as suspected, but performance should be very similar.

In connectivity is also left over, we can play our videos on your TV via HDMI and DLNA wireless network. Of course, we will have WiFi and GPS. Its internal storage memory is 8 GB and may be extended through microSD.

Dimensional game without 3D glasses and YouTube

LG could not boast of three dimensions not including content. The Nintendo 3DS opened the closure of three-dimensional gaming without glasses, and 3D Optimus has taken the mobile. It goes on sale with three 3D games Gameloft: Asphalt 6 Origins, Let's Golf 3D and 3D NOVA.

On the other hand we share our 3D videos on YouTube with a specific application for it. The future, folks!

On sale in May

There have been wet with the price (which depend on operator subsidies), but clarified the month of release: May 2011. The least we like to hit the stores with Android 2.2 (Froy), but we promise to be upgraded.

And so they announce ...

LG wants to demonstrate that 3D is good for something and do it with three videos that try to illustrate three situations in which the three dimensions we are good: personal, business, and yoga ... One of the most disturbing marketing campaigns that a server recalls.
