Obviously this is the typical rumor to be taken with the tongs, m.i.c. Gadget points out that the iPhone 4 to 64 GB have appeared on the market of Hong Kong. Vendors argue that these devices are preview releases for engineers obtained (in some way not better specified) directly from Apple. On the device running iOS 4.1 (8B117) and do not have the serial number on the back, presenting instead XXX series which already had seen on prototype lost last spring.
The phones would have appeared on the market suspects Sin Tak, major grey market in Hong Kong, and sellers would be that it is a very limited number of devices.
This is real device? Certainly existed or exist out there iPhone prototypes from up to 64 GB. It remains to be seen as limited stocks of these sellers.
