Mary is the mother of God. This statement is not true and nowhere to be found in the whole scripture. Make a search in the Bible for the word “mother of god” and it will yield a negative result and then again try searching the exact phrase “mother of Jesus” in the King James Version of the Bible and it will show at least three (3) verses.

Mary can never be the mother of God for Jesus Christ as God is the begotten son born way ahead of Abraham.

IT IS FOUND IN THE WHOLE OF SCRIPTURE.

THE BIBLE STATES THAT MARY IS THE MOTHER OF JESUS [Matthew 1:16/John 2: 1-3; 19:25-26]. THEN THE BIBLE TEACHES THAT JESUS IS GOD [John 1:1/ Phil 2:6]. THEN, MARY IS THE MOTHER OF GOD BECAUSE JESUS IS GOD.

THEN THE BIBLE STATES THAT MARY IS THE MOTHER OF THE LORD [Luke 1:43]. AND THE BIBLE ALSO STATES THAT THE LORD IS GOD [Deuteronomy 6:4/ John 20:28]. SO CONSEQUENTLY MARY IS THE MOTHER OF GOD.

THIS IS A THEOLOGICAL CONCLUSION SOLIDLY FOUNDED ON SACRED SCRIPTURE. IF YOU WANT TO DISPROVE IT SHOW BIBLICAL VERSES PROVING OTHERWISE.

HA HA HA... THIS IS SUPPORTIVE OF OUR POSITION. BECAUSE WE BELIEVE THAT MARY IS THE MOTHER OF JESUS AND JESUS IS GOD AS EXPLICITLY STATED IN THE SCRIPTURES THEN MARY IS THE MOTHER OF GOD. IF MARY IS NOT THE MOTHER OF GOD THEN JESUS IS NOT GOD.

BEING A MOTHER OF GOD DOES NOT MEAN THAT MARY IS AHEAD OF JESUS AS GOD. JESUS BEING GOD IS ETERNAL [JOHN 1:1] BUT HE BECAME THE SON OF MARY BY HIS INCARNATION [JOHN 1:14/ ISAIAH 7:14 = MATTHEW 1:23] WHICH OCCURRED IN TIME [GALATIANS 4:4]. THAT VERSE IS VERY IMPORTANT:

Galatians 4:4 " But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law..."

SO, MARY THE WOMAN GAVE BIRTH TO JESUS IN THE FULLNESS OF TIME WHICH GOD HIMSELF CHOSE. THE INCARNATE GOD WAS BORN IN THE FULLNESS OF TIME BY HIS CHOSEN 'WOMAN'. SO, BY ORDER OF INCARNATION MARY IS AHEAD OF JESUS.

THE QUESTION IS: WHEN MARY GAVE BIRTH TO JESUS WAS HE NOT GOD-INCARNATE THEN? DID THE DIVINITY OF JESUS ABANDON HIM DURING HIS NATIVITY?
