Samsung will be "World's first" claims that it is coming in Market with DDR4. So, keeping up with tradition is Samsung, which has announced that it has created the World's first DDR4 DRAM.
Samsung also claiming that it has used the 30-nanometer-process memory modules which are said to run at more than twice the speed of current DDR3 modules in the market, and will also use less power.
Samsung says that typical current DDR3-RAM or memory modules available use around 1.5V of electrical current, whereas its new DDR4 RAM modules will use just 1.2V of electrical current.

Data transfer speed of new DDR4 RAM module can reach 2.133Gbps, according to the company, but it could eventually reach higher speeds of up to 4Gbps, which is more than current DDR3 Module.
This all sounds very impressive, but gave no details as to when we can expect DDR4 to hit the market. Oh, CES, you geek tease.
